There will be no cameras in the U.S. Supreme Court later this month during arguments over President Barack Obama's controversial health-care initiative.

However, the court in a ruling today has promised to release same-day audio and transcripts of the sessions, which will begin on March 26, reports the Associated Press.

News organizations including C-SPAN had sought to cover the arguments live and in their entirety, but the court has historically not permitted any camera or recording device to be used by the media.
