Getting as many people as possible on the fear bands of the Tone scale, mostly by Suppressing sexuality, and covertly promoting Poisonous pedagogy.  This is a huge impediment to Thinking, and makes anyone easily susceptible to Fearmongering and propaganda. 2.) Fearmongering (and Trauma mongering) by constant Infectious scares (see The Virus hunters Hype disease risk), which work because they have suppressed disease cures (see: The Disease Protection Racket ), and False flags, which also keep the gravy trains of War Inc and Allopathy Inc running.  Fear is also generated by burning, Assassinating or persecuting Whistleblowers and Doctors.]
