I feel it is absoultely ridiculous that I had to spend 29 mins 3
secs on hold with Social Security only to learn that my rep payee
(1) did NOT remove himself as my rep payee
(2) has not reported any changes in over 2 months

To be clear that is is 29 minutes at .40/minute for ONE phone call.
I usually download itemized calls if I have to spend a lot of time
making "official" calls, but seeing this one just really ticked me

Enough said-- I think you get the point.
